Key Ingredients

2'-FL HMOs (Human Milk Oligosaccharide): 2'-FL HMO (MyOli®) is the most abundant prebiotic in breast milk. HMOs are demonstrated to nourish and support the growth of good bacteria, like Bifidobacteria, in your kiddo's gut.
3g Chicory Root Fiber: Each serving contains 3g of chicory root fiber, a natural prebiotic that supports the growth of beneficial gut bacteria, like Bifidobacteria, helping to promote healthier digestion and softer, more comfortable stooling for your little one.

How to Use

For ages 1-3yrs old: For toddlers ages 1yr to 3yrs, we recommend one (1) packet daily.
For ages 4yrs+ and adults: For kids ages 4yrs and up, we recommend up to two (2) packets daily, given separately.
Introductory Period: During the introductory period, some toddlers and kids may experience small amounts of gas or bloating. We recommend starting with half a packet and gradually reaching the recommended amount over several days.
Directions: Mix the contents of one (1) packet into at least 4-6 oz. of fluid such as milk, water or a preferred drink; prebiotic powder may also be easily mixed with yogurt and other foods as part of a snack or meal.
Cautionary Statement: If your toddler or kid is taking any medication or has a medical condition, consult their health care professional prior to using this product.

Do Daily Growing up Prebiotics contain milk?

So why does our product say that it contains milk? During our prebiotic fermentation process lactose is a starting ingredient, once fermentation is complete there is a trace amount of lactose left over that is medically considered "vanishingly small". To put this in perspective, an 8oz cup of milk contains 12 grams of lactose, our product contains 4 milligrams, that is 0.3%. That is less than half of a percent of the amount found in a cup of milk.

THE BEST!

5 year old is more regular
My 5 year old started taking Growing up Prebiotics about 5 weeks ago. She had been taking Miralax for several months, and we had not been able to stop. We stopped giving her Miralax and she take Growing Up Prebiotics twice a day. She has a bowel movement almost everyday. I am so happy that we found something natural that helps her!
